Laybuy is always interest-free, but late payment fees do apply. A £6 late fee is charged 24 hours after the due date, and another £6 is charged if the payment is 7 days late. The maximum amount of late fees for a purchase is £24. Access to Laybuy will be suspended until all outstanding balances are paid. Unpaid debts may be referred to a debt collection agency.
